Can't make it in person? No problem! Our online training program allows you to get fit from the comfort of your own gym or home. Our certified personal trainers will create a customized training program for you and provide support and guidance through weekly check-ins.

 

30 Day Jumpstart
Program


The 30-Day Jumpstart Program is designed for those just starting their fitness journey or for the experienced gym goer looking for a new challenge. This program can be utilized at home, at the gym and even while traveling.

in-Person coaching

Here at Saldaña Fitness we understand that your demanding schedule and professional life depends on exceptional productivity and performance. You should expect the same results from your training program. Saldaña Fitness guarantees that our programs will help you reach your fitness goals. Whether it is decreasing fat and increasing lean muscle mass, improving strength and cardiovascular performance or managing injury prevention and joint pain we guarantee that our programs will deliver.

In-Person Coaching sessions start at $100/session

In-Person coaching is held in a private outdoor setting with no distractions and no gym membership required. Saldaña Fitness is well equipped with the tools necessary to help you hit your fitness goals. Your training session will last approximately 60-minutes. Working in this setting will allow you to receive the full attention of your coach. This is a great option for anyone looking for a true 1-On-1 Coaching experience.
